I saw a video of this bike awhile back where he walked around the bike, showing it from all angles. He peeled back the screen (velcro I think!) to show the filler for the injector oil tank. It's a well thought out machine! ;D

I have seen this as well. And I do believe that is what that compartment is. There is another where he runs/rides the thing. It is quite possibly the most devilish sounding machine I have ever heard.

In Germany 2008 Oldies Racing...

are these the vintage 'pedal start' bikes? they were the "Hot" ticket for veladrome racing on the east coast of the USA. can you imagine going down on wood planking with the lack of protection they wore? ouch!

Yes they were used on Velodrome, but here in Europe they also where used on Road Racing, imagine what about this motorcycle on very bad road conditions, many fatal crash !

Yup, the headlight is from a beetle, good eye!

Craziest thing about that bike is the motor... Harley Evo motor with one cylinder removed and a belt driven blower bolted in its place.

(I have a writeup on that bike from Robb Report, October 07... Had a long stayover in an airport) ;D
