The Paint was bought at a Sherwin Willams store , It is their off brand called 4th dimention , It is as close as I could get to the Kawasaki green used on newer Kawasakis , Met Lime Green , it has a lot of gold pearl in it so it never looks the same twice ;D

Man,that's going to look great! You have done a great job and I love to see all these old bikes getting another chance at life!
Maybe...just maybe the more that are put out on the road the more people will discover or re-discover just how GOOD all the old UJM's are!

I LOVE what you're doing!!!! Nice to see another KZ getting the cafe treatment! I gotta give you props on the green, great choice for an old Kaw!!! And seeing the checkered stripe in application has helped me decide for sure to use that on my build once I get to that point! Great looking thus far!

Looks very sweet all put back together.
Just be ready to steal a lot of attention from all the poser squids on the GSX-Rs their mommy and daddy bought them.

I may still pick up a KZ750 twin($300.00 locally) this spring/summer if it's available by then. What I really want for a Summer project though is a KZ650 like my buddy has.

Great looking bike man. I wasn't to sure about the green, but assembled...it looks great. I don't know if this was asked earlier, but are those stock Gauges or aftermarket? If not stock, where did you get them. I like the look.

The grips came from Z1 Enterprises . com .. you can also find originals on ebay , Look under grandturismo ,, these grips are from the 60s and 70s ,, I found several pair at Mid Ohio swap meet for 2.00 a set .But not black ones . so they are out there .. wanted the green sparkle ones but couldnt find any .. ;D ;D
