Cafe Tank and Seat CB350 / 450 or others

Came across this ... sweet set up !!!. A little on the expensive side. He has it listed as 350/450, but it looks like a CR750 replica seat and tank, because of the width and vent position of the tank. The 350/450 tanks are narrower than this one, however it could just be the picture. Come on boys ... break out the plastic !!! ;D

Ya it is a nice set up. It sounds expensive, however if you were to be lucky enough to find the original CR items, you would be paying 3 or 4 times the amount !!

Its cheap if you want a CR750 style racer and want it to look like that. Have to consider the value of paint don't forget.

Airtech sells the tank for 3/4 of this guy's asking price, and that's unfinished, no Monza cap ($80 on its own).

So, for $600 + shipping, let's say $700 and then taxes if you're unlucky so $800 you get:

Nice tank = $400 from Airtech or somewhere
Nice seat = $200 upholstered from anywhere
Paint = $300 easy for this job + decals
Monza cap = $80

Not a bad deal, again, if it's what you want. Especially a good deal if you're in France.

I'd rather spend $750 US for a nice alloy tank like one offered by ohiocaferacers. Many other places offer alloy tanks? Airtech seems like crap.
