Sorry mate - I dont quite understand what you mean. Do you mean if you mail in a oem one can we machine them down? - the answer is yes but we can also carve them out of a lump of solid billet like on the above pictured example.

Heres another one we are cutting out at the moment but for the XS - will post some pics when they are ready.

Man oh man, a set of ribbed inspection covers and some tall fined tappet covers were be perfect on my Honda project. And I can't find anything, even new old stock in specialty shops, for 1960s sloper engines... you're going to be too busy to take custom orders before too long.

This is for a CL72 or which bike do you have? I wonder if the covers would be the same on the CL77 as well. If anyone knows feel free to chime in. Makes alot more sense for me and you (cost wise) to do a short run of say 20 pieces of each and then try and sell the rest of them... anyway either way its possible.

This is another design

CB/CL/CA 72/77 have a ton of interchangeable parts. Power train and cosmetics.

How much for a pair of Norton style Honda badges?

And how much for a pair of the winged Honda badges?

Shipped to 85206

PM me im very interested. The winged badges would be perfect to cover a small dent on the tank I salvaged to make my rear cowl.

This tickles me for some reason... Someone's going to have to build a bike and call it "ripples."

I might just need one of these if the price is right. PM me... My XS cover has a gouge that is too deep to polish out. I gotta replace it with something.

I'm not ready for custom badges etc. on my project yet but am bookmarking this thread for future reference. All of it looks very good.

Ah Tim sent me them a while back back to do a DTT XS650 alternator for him and (with his permission) perhaps a few to sell on the forum. Im just getting round to it now actually.

This is the cad of the cb360 cover

I can easily make these or similiar if anyone is interested as have already machined out the blanks. I made a few tweaks for better fitment on the underside since the above cad and the actual production.

Late to the game but if you ever make a few of these sign me up. I have a 75 cl360
