Cam Rod Upside Down or Otherwise ?

So... Real dump question,

Manual sites sprocket to be set with marks level on either side, but no mention of which way the cam rod should be. And as it is asymmetrical I know there is a right and wrong way to do this. So, do I have it the right way or the complete opposite of the right way. As per a LT mark on stator.
