Can I ask somebody with a CB350 twin measure the voltage across the battery terminals at idle, with the headlight on? Please? I really need some concrete information from other riders to help diagnose this problem... :-\
I would be glad help you out but seeing as how the snow outside of the shop is taller than the bike itself, my battery is snug and warm in my basement. Ask me again in 2 months.

A good charging system will charge between 13.5 to 15.5 ,, Battery voltage will be 12 - 14 depending on if it was just charged or Run , It will drop to 12 volts if not run for awhile , Your Charging system should carry the headlight with out any problems so it should be above 12 volts when running even at idle ;D
