hey guys this is my first post. i picked up a running '73 gt250 and an almost complete '74 basket case. i am looking for a solo cafe seat for my bike. so i was trying to see if someone could measure their seat and send their findings my way. i am looking for width and total length measurements. thanks everybody.
can i get measurements of your seats (the ones on your bikes that is)?

do you mean youre looking to buy a seat, and need to know the measurements? If thats the case airtech lists the dimensions of its seats on its site, and I think people tend to like their products. Also Im sure the people on here that produce seats would be more than happy to give you detailed measurements of the various seats they make.

Im actually making my own seat, and a lot of people on these forums do the same. There have been homemade seats for sale on this forum, and again there are posters who make professional tanks and seats. If you have the big bucks Id take a look at BCR as they have some pretty cool stuff. But ya def check out the for sale section, youll have a better chance of hooking up with someone selling a seat over there.
