Have a question.
On my Honda TL 215, I took the carb off and cleaned it and the shaft that the throttle cable goes into will not go up and down in the cylinder that it goes into. I literally will have to push it down with my finger. Is this a part that just needs to be lubed with fuel to work properly or do you think something else is wrong? It went up and down no problem when I pulled it off for the cleaning.
It's the part marked #8 and the spring above gives pressure to keep it down but there is just to much resistance for some reason.....
