1. I just did a complete rebuild of me cb200. Got it running today but when it stalled it made a loud click. I've uploaded a video to show you guys:

I should also say it didn't always make that sound. And the carbs were way too rich, runs alot smoother now! Any idea what that is?
2. During the rebuild I installed a new head gasket. Also had the head resurfaced, replaced all knock pins and rubber rings, used torque wrench for tightening and tightened in the correct order ... And still the head seems to be sweating a little bit of oil. Is this "normal"? Does the gasket maybe have to swell a bit before it fully seals? I have no idea how this is possible. The head was spotless, the gasket was a new honda gasket, ... I guess if it sweats now I'll just let it do it's thing... No point in taking everything apart and having the head resurfaced a second time... Kind of sucks since a leaking head gasket was the thing that had me take it apart in the first place.
Holy shit. Do not start that thing again until you figure out what's going on.
First thing, get the engine out and remove the head and look around. Check cam check tension and ensure the cam is properly aligned. Also, what do you mean when you say the head was "resurfaced"?
After assembly of the motor, did you crank it over a few times by hand? This is a necessary step to ensure there is no contact between components and is especially important if the head has been off.
The cam is properly aligned. I'm positive of that. Installed it yesterday, manual in hand. Also the valves do not touch the pistons etc as far as I know. Wouldn't it make that noise every time the engine ran if it was that? Engine turns flawlessly by hand. And now the carbs are tuned it can just keep idling. No problems there. Nothing seems to be hitting a dead end. Could it be just a loose cam chain? I might have to let it get some more tension after the rebuild (did that once, but before I got it running).
I should also say that the noise is not the reason the bike stopped. Watching the vid now it does kind of look like that. I could have easily kept it running alot longer when giving it gas and the noise would not have happened. It only happened a couple of times when I let it bog down. I'll try tensioning the cam chain tomorrow! Sounds like a possibility! Any other help would be greatly appreciated!
Will do! If it's not the cam chain starter motor clutch sounds like a possibility. It actually sounds alot like the (starter motor) clutch to me. Never touched that thing during the rebuild though. I'll also check the other clutch. Maybe I didn't give that one enough slack and it catches when stalling... We might be on to something here
So I checked the cam, the cam chain, the clutch, ... everything seems to be in order. I made another vid to show the noise a little better:

It's not that loud (camera phone makes it sound alot louder). Actually it sounds a bit familiar. I think it did this before the rebuild aswell. Only happens when it bogs down. Not when I turn it off manually, not while running. Runs great now by the way. No problems at all. Just a little tuning left to do.

Ps: any news on the head gasket thing? Its like there's always a little oil between there. Not much, not even enough to drip down the engine. Just a little "sweat". (PS: By having the head resurfaced I meant I took it to a shop to have it flattened professionally.)
