If you need different linkage than I sent out to you, since the mounting location is different, feel free to send me the originals back, and I can make a set with the specified lengths you need.
Like the project so far. I have a little 350F I need to get to work on.
That looks nice but it appears to be way too low. Rule of thumb is that the pegs should be in line with the swingarm. Maybe slightly lower (1") depending on the droop of the swingarm and seat height.
I would highly recommend going with a heavier tubing for the mounts. You don't want something so lightweight that you can't put any weight in it without it bending.
I plan on putting some plate on the backside of them, they are pretty springy ....those are actually exhaust brackets from an 90's Duc if memory serves me correct....
Progress has slowed again Been helping my dad work on his house...Now I have to go see an orthopedic Dr to see if I have to have surgery on my shoulder...Shaping up to be a non productive next cpl of months...

Thanks slug....It was free so it was easy to choose...If I had it to do over you can buy them aftermarket with the seat pan and tail molded as one piece in fiberglass..I had not seen one done with a KZ tail yet so I gave it GO..
