CB 360 Mikuni Carb help (SYNC????)

I have an old cb360 I bought for a couple hundred buck and slapped a pair of mikuni 32 VM carbs on it. I later figured out they were way too big, but I re jetted them, and had it running pretty good for awhile. When I first put the carbs on I couldn't get it to run off the left cylinder, I ended up taking it too the shop and they ended up syncing the carbs. It ran fine for 600 miles. Now it's intermediately not running on the right cylinder. I seems fine at idle and when I first start out, but when I get on the highway and put it under a load it acts up the right cylinder will kick in and out. I replaced the points, and gapped them. I tried to sync the carb by using ad drill bit and feeling the slides as I moved the throttle. Any suggestions? Should I just switch back to the stock carbs? They need diaphragms

You can get diaphragms from JBM Industries for about $45.00

You need to check carbs are clean, right carb has probably fuel deposits, possibly water in float bowl

Thanks I'll pull it off tonight and clean it. I need to get this thing dialed before gas prices spike anymore

Okay there was no water or sediment in the carbs, but I figured out whats wrong. You know the little brass insert that only lets you insert the needle jet a certain way? It fell out. I can't find it anywhere. I've looked online and i cant find a replacement.

Not sure what you mean?
The needle jet and emulsion tube/primary choke are all one piece on Mikuni roundslides.
Can you get a pic?
