Great I've looked all over for a thread link on how to strip these carbs down but haven't found anything.

You shouldn't have any trouble getting all the glass beads out, but you do have to comprehensively buy in to the REQUIREMENT of COMPLETELY disassembling the carbs. If you are going to get them ultrasonically cleaned, realize that this will not necessarily remove glass beads (or anything else) and that you will HAVE to manually test every passageway to prove it is perfectly clean anyway. Of course , that is just as necessary whether you glass bead them or not. I nearly always dry glass bead carbs (after they are apart) and the normal cleaning procedure is not made more difficult due to the glass beading.

Those are pretty straight forward carbs, but take some good pictures of them assembled (what you have should do, but a couple more won't hurt) because some sets can be confusing going back together. The carbs themselves are mostly identical, but how they assemble to each other has unique elements.

I would also replace ALL the external (previously cad plated) screws, as they will rust very quickly (and badly) now that they have been blasted and are bare. Take a little trouble and round up some stainless, you will be REALLY glad you did. Any other steel (plated) parts like the connecting bars will need to be re-plated or painted for the same reason. The spring(s) will also now rust, but you can likely get away with a spritz of WD40 every so often to fix that.

DO NOT buy rebuild kits! Just get OEM gaskets and you should be fine. If any jet (or anything else) needs replacing, get OEM!! Gaskets alone may cost near (maybe even more!) what "kits" cost, but stick with OEM parts EXCLUSIVELY anyway, or learn the hard and much more expensive way!
