cb 750 stuck rear break

My rear brake is locked up pretty darn tight so im not able to back my bike out of my garage, how to i get the break to loosen up so i can move it, i opened the bleeder that brought the pads up a little but not enough that i could actually move it without dragging.

With the bleeder open, try pushing/pulling the caliper side to side. That should give it enough freeplay to roll. If it doesn't... remove the caliper from the bracket
