I am looking to get one fr my bike and it seems as if my only affordable options are either a mac or one of the carpy yoshi replica ones.I am wondering if anyone has any experience with the yoshi replica exhaust as that is the way i am leaning.
Forget getting it from carpy.
Chris from MotoGpWorks is who was making them for carpy. Now he is making them and selling them himself. Carpy is now having GC issues or so I have heard.
I have a SS pipe that Chris made and its amazing and his prices are great too.
Really one of the few actual performance pipes out there

Called motogpwerks today and was told that one of the exhaust for my bike would cost 500 bucks, im sorry i love my bike but that is way to much in my opinion. Do you have a link to the exhaust your talking about.
I think all of the ones chris is making are SS so really thats not a bad price
I got mine from him a while back so the price was alittle less.
Whats on your bike now? Honestly $4-500 is what its going to take to put something nice on the bike.
Sure there are $300 Macs, but they are junk. Cycle X has some cheap pipes and I have heard good things
You over on the SOHC4.net board? might score something there

Same as I was talking about with you before, become educated on pipes and then put in some time searching ebay. Its amazing how many times nice pipes are listed wrong.
RC pipes are nice, but limited ground clearance

I havent looked around on sohc4, I have heard good things about the carpy pipes and the price is right for me, ill get them painted anyway. I would love some of the motogp pipes but at 500bucks it cost almost as much as my full engine rebuild and would take me a long time to earn that kind of money, if i could get them cheaper i would love to have them. I have the stock pipes on my bike right now.

Seems carpy is changing his name. He is a bit much with shipping on everything he sells.
I would call chris back and talk to him. Often the price is different each time you talk to him. I would rather give my money to chris then carpy
Side note
The money spent on intake (pods, stacks or what ever) and pipes is better spent having the head ported.

Wow, that is cheap.
There was a run of the pipes that took a little "adjusting" to get right. But for that price I would be willing to deal with some things.
$65 to ship is steep, but not a killer when you look at the purchase as a whole.
I would buy that pipe over a Mac any day

Alright , like i said , i would love a werks pipe if i could snag one at a carpy price but until then im going to stick with the carpy pipe. Im still a little ways out from that buy thought , The wing front end is putting me in the hole and work in the film industry is unpredictable so money is always tight.
