CB125 bored to 145 - What carb?

Been Around the Block
My looong project of rebuilding the motor in my CB125 is now over. It's back to being a runner, but the biggest weak point in this bike has always been the stock Keihin carb. If it's over tightened on the manifold, the slide sticks and that's no fun. If the slide cap is over tightened, it sticks. If either aren't tight enough, they will work themselves loose even with Locktight on the bolts. I'm going to swap it out for something a little nicer, and am open to suggestions. Flat slide? Round Slide? 22, 24, 26mm?

C'mon guys! Nothing? I know some of you guys have spent a considerable amount of time with the little CB's and I'm finding some conflicting info about whether this bike will even benefit from a bigger carb regardless of whether it's got more displacement.

I'd say with the small size increase the carb probably don't need to go up a size.
However an upgrade to a nicer Mikuni could be in order.

VM series are good for the street, flat slides are more all or nothing and better on the track than the street, but on a 145 i'm not so sure it matters as all or nothing is pretty much the theme.
