Has anyone used these Chinese knock-off engine parts from Ebay?

Asides from the top engine mount being in the wrong place for the 1974 CB125, the cam it comes with is setup for a CDI ignition and not the old points ignition.
I'm hoping I can just machine a piece to press into the nose of the new cam so I can use my existing points ignition.
Anyone try this?
BTW: I did go through the stock head, but my intake valve is starting to recede. I did my best at lapping the seats and it appears to be sealed, but I have not run a compression test on it. It appears that the 73-75 parts are hard to find since Honda changed the engine size in 76. I think that is when they went to the two piece head?
