CB175 New Coil ?'s

Hey guys, I am finally back in the country and able to tear back into my bike. My bike is acting retarded, and I think it is the coil. What new coil should I look into? I would rather not spend a ton of money, but would like it to be nice and dependable. Anything else I should replace while I am messing with the ignition side of things? The weather here is great lately. I wanna get this little guy back out there and barking fire.

It's been a little while since I messed with the smaller scoots........but look under DTT's "Build Collection" section for a thread started by me. It's the smaller Honda's - and there are some links to sites that go into details about ignition.

Should I replace the condensor while I am at it. Also is there a way to see if I have resistor type plug caps. A local shop changed my caps for me a while bike while they were working on my bike. If I am not mistaken I don't want resistor type caps. Correct?

What resistance is the stock coil? It should be in the service manual.

I can't help with the caps though - sorry. The good news is, they are fairly cheap if you decide to replace them.

I am havin trouble findin the residence of the stock coils. I didnt see it anywhere in the service manual. Anyone out there know what it should be? Thanks.

Id like to order some coils today
