CB200 parts bike

Local pickup only 10 minutes south of Cleveland. Bike is mostly complete minus headlight, gauges and side covers. Tank is in great shape inside and out. Has some sort of aftermarket seat. I have no clue where it's from. Motor has good compression. No title, though you could easily get it titled if you wanted via Maine or Vermont (do some searching online and you'll see).

At any rate, it's being sold as a parts bike. I'm not interested in parting it out. Make a reasonable offer.
