Go find an old model steam train club retired hobbyist kind of guy with a lathe (or a similar kind of sad old bastard in a barn ;D ) or go to a general machinist and get some bronze bushes machined up.Take the old junk bushes(sleeves, etc,),swingarm bolt, swingarm and they should be able to work it out from there.....BB's are far better than the Honda parts, honestly.Take a print out of the CMSNL parts picture and they will think you are really clever and they will make you a cup of coffee and tell you some boring old story, like twice!....(Wear discrete earplugs.....) Fit them packed full of grease and forget about them, like forever.....

I met one of those sad old bastards in a barn once, well an old shop but I didnt use the ear plugs coz i've got a bit of respect for those who have lived a life, turns out his story was worth listening to, he was Charlie May one of the greatest speedway racers Oz has produced he took me out to the back of his shop and it was full to the rafters with every type of motorcycle you can imagine.
he died a few years later and the auction was one of the biggest vintage bike auctions seen for many years, they're worth listening to those sad old bastards ;)

so i am up to the stage off putting the new bolt back in and was told there was only one way to get it back in, tap it in then twist slightly then tap it more anyone have a idea about this???? im confused as i tried to assemble without bushes and it got like 3/4 in then stopped??????? Help!
