Re: CB350 Built by a teen (A whole lot of nuthin)
justtt a tad. been spending too much free time with her. but damn can that bird do what the birds do best...
least i have tomorrow (tuesday) off from class! honestly speaking ive been killing to get some work done; just yesterday i spent 8 or so hours studying for biology and taking about 24 pages of notes. that class kills me.
I dropped money on a d70 today, plus a lens (should be here later this week!)... that means some better photos! though most of the time ill probably just keep my older camera in the basement to keep my d70 clean.
im going to go see what my local auto place has in the way of paint... no one around here appears to do anything themselves, hence its difficult to find quality products. will probably end up ordering online, well see.
i need to order some long shanks for my die grinder so i can get to "porting" my head. that reminds me that i need to take measurements of carbs/intake to get my intake "boots" machined out of alloy.
i need to really mock up everything before painting the frame; i would hate to realize im missing one or two bolt locations.
when i think of it now, there really isnt much more to do. just paint and assemble really. just so damn hard to get the time to really get into it and get anything done. hell, i could probably build it all up in a week and have it running in two... that is if i dont paint anything and have it looking like crap, without a tank.
i spose i need to just put everything aside and get it done. hard to be motivated when you spend 6 hours working only to do something like fix chain clearance issue.
