This is a stock '72 CB350 converted into a Café Racer with a small budget and a lot of help from friends. It was a labour of love:

To answer your question, the seat is custom, yes.

The fibreglass was ordered from the UK (from Disco Volante).

The cut´n weld job behind the seat fixation wasn't all that easy, since we had no clue as to how these fittings are normally made. But with a bit of experimentation, we nailed it:

The upholstery was tailor made. I wasn't happy with the first black flat leather upholstery...

... so I changed to brown with that stripe finish you see on the first pics. It now looks and feels super cool, IMHO.
 
This bike has just gone indoors.

Not by accident, like some Café Racers with vintage brakes do, but rather intentionally.
