Cb350 Steering Stem removal

Has anyone ever removed a steering stem from a cb350? Does it press out of the lower tree?

I'd prefer not to have to measure it up and make a new one if i can avoid it.

You have to grind tthe welds off and press it out from underneath ( big hammer works as well ;D)
