CB350 switch over from drum to disc brakes?

I have a line of some rims and hubs that have already taken down, sand blasted, and powder coated. Guy still has all the spokes too. My problem is the front hub is for a disc brake setup and my current front hub is a drum brake. I have most of the parts to make that swap except the lever/master cylinder. Would a lever/master cylinder off a Honda 350x 3-wheeler work in it's place?

You can pick up a brand new master on eBay for $20 bucks.

Ya know I was searching old vintage stuff and it seemed pretty expensive. You are right I found a bunch for cheap. Thanks!
