CB350 Timing Issue - Can't Adjust to Spec

Probably not as that still needs to have points cam removed and trigger fitted.

Alright, I'll try just adjusting the advancer and seeing if I can get my timing set right after, but given KYL3's experience I'm not very hopeful
Wonder what ever happened to that dude, if he ever got it figured out.
