cb360 cl360 cj360 cam chain tensioner recall markings for factory fix? help id

Guys, need a little help identifying the honda recall corrective service markings... I have a couple 360's I'm looking at and they have these stampings on them. 3 engines total, one with nothing, one with one hash/dot, one with two hash/dot... Is this what the factory marking were? I don't recall ever seeing a picture from anyone on what the mark looks like but I know it's a fairly common discussion here so I thought you guys could help ;D

The one with the two hash/dot is only a lower and not the upper with the can chain stuff anyways
