CB360 - Left cylinder issues

Hey so still having issues with the left cylinder cutting out on my cb. We've concluded its a carb issue but yet when the carbs are opened up they look good. We changed jets in case the bike was starving for fuel and have tried adjusting the air fuel mix. But yet when the bike is warmed up the left side starts cutting out. Any troubleshooting ideas to try?

Have you checked coil primary/secondary resistance when hot?
After that
Valve adjustment, ignition timing, pilot jets, carb sync

We have changed the coils and changed the pilot jets. Carb has been sort of sync. Haven't done the valve adjustment or the ignition timing but wouldnt those be things I would have issues with right away?
Went for two roughly 30-45min rides yesterday and started hesitating a bit during the last part of the first ride and started cutting out on the second part of the second ride.
For the first 20min though it was a beautiful ride.

You do have a good battery and charging system?
How fast are you riding (rpm?)

The battery is brand new. Only a couple months old and hardly used. As for the charger... we know its not good but when I got to my destination the bike was put on a battery charger for at least 3 hours. As for the riding about 1/2 was highway at roughly 110 km/hr(gauge is imperial so technically 70m/hr). Sorry the rpm was around 5.5 I have found she likes to be run at high rpm.
The right cylinder all the while is just fine. Running beautifully. So if it were battery would I not be having issues with both?

I hope you kept new battery trickle charged while not using it?
Only takes about month to do damage to plates if you let it run flat.
Was it somewhere cold (cold is better than hot for batteries)
Fix charging system, as long as no--one has fitted battery backwards it's probably regulator.
Rectifier is pretty reliable if all the wires are connected up (red/white trace corrodes and breaks off)

I am planning come winter to completely redo the electrical system. Right now it comes down to a limited budget which has been expended for the time being. Also we are fairly certain its carbs since we change carbs and the issue completely changes. What we are going to do is open up the second set of carbs I have and clean those really well and go from there.
But your main thought is that its the ignition system?

know what you mean, everybody is on tight budgets.
You do have ignition timing/points set correctly for each cylinder?
Is there any oil inside points housing? (seal does go 'faulty')

Did you check your carb insulator (intake boot). If it's leaking it'll lean out that cylinder real quick.
