CB360 main bearings

Anyone know where I can get a set of main bearings? More specifically, the #1 (left side) crankshaft end bearing. This one has started to spin in the race and I'm wondering what I can do to fix it. It's showing a wear pattern that looks like chatter. The 3 other ones have pins or dowels holding them in. I'm wondering if I can machine this one to accept a pin, or put some Loctite 660 or similar product to hold it in the case.

These bearings are super hard to find. Any help would be appreciated.

Any Honda dealer can get these bearings. Look at an online parts catalog for you bike to get the number (Bike Bandit, Honda Part Direct et al)You can also remove them, read the number on the sides or measure the OD (outer diameter), ID (inner diameter) and width and any bearing supplier, online or store will have them, they are metric. Be sure to order the correct tolerance "CN", "C3" etc.

Oh cool. Thanks. I've been looking in the wrong places then. Bike-specific online parts catalogs are all out of stock.

With regards to locking the bearing in place... Is this something I should worry about? I'm leaning towards the clearance-fit loctite products but all the products sound so similar. Not sure if I should go with heat resistant, oil tolerant, slip-fit, general purpose, etc? They all sound applicable.

A properly sized bearing will need to be pressed (NOT pounded) in to place. Some engine bearings in Hondas (I do not own a CB360) have bearing retainer rings, You should not need or use loctitie if you have the correct size bearing.

Yeah. The bearings are pressed onto the crank, but the mating surface on the OD is what I've been talking about.

You need to check runout, either on V-blocks or between centers
Loctite bearing to crank is OK as long as it's straight
