Cb360 rear wheel won't budge (possibly clutch issue?)

Hey fellow toners! My bike is nearing completion and I need a little bit of your help. ;D

I finally installed my drive chain on the bike and when I set it off of its center stand it won't move in neutral or when the clutch lever is pulled in. The chain isn't too tight and set to what the factory specs are.

Any advice or ideas what the problem might be? I am completely stumped at the moment. Could it be a clutch problem?

EDIT: It started just fine when I had the chain off of it. I need to carb sync it because the idle is high but besides the locked wheel it works fine.

i have the same problem, pretty sure it's clutch, but haven't had a chance to mess with it yet. tried putting in gear and rolling to bump it back and forth trying to unseize it to no avail. adjusted clutch according to specs and still stuck. saw a good post on here about taking clutch apart and soaking in oil. gonna go through that process next. good luck! (and post results if you figure it out, as i have same problem).

I am glad I am not the only one. I think I might drain the oil and check out those clutch plates. Would you think it is safe to fire it up with this problem still? I want to knock out the carb sync before I tear too many things apart.

Well I went to fire the bike up today on the center stand and ran into some issues.. It fired right up on the first kick like normal. The wheel was rotating the entire time on the stand too. The weird thing is it was idling like it should between 1200-1500 rpm. So I let it warm up and idle for 5 minutes or so then I thought I would try and put it into gear on the center stand. That was a huge mistake. It wouldn't go into first so I put it into second then the bike quit. I haven't tried to fire it up again, but it won't move into and other gears.

I really could use yours guys help.

Today I tried the kick start while the bike was off and it would not budge. I think this might be a bit more serious than I originally anticipated...
