cb360 spark plug fouling up

alright guys,
I know there is probably another post somewhere with the same problem so I am wondering if somebody can either point in the right direction or give me a hint on solving this problem.

The bike starts fine once I clean out the spark plugs. I am assuming that they are fouling up because they are receiving too much fuel...

Help!

yup..did you have a look at the air filters? how about the butterfly valves (choke)
might also be burning oil.
