CB360t - trying to start the stinker.

OK gents, I'm going to see if I can get some answers from all the knowledge in this beast.

I've got a 75 Cb360t. Just got the carbs put back together after a soak and am trying to get the thing to start.
I've got good spark and I'm only using the kick. The carbs are set to stock for all I know, and the fuel/air screws are out 1 1/4 turns like my book says. I've even tried to shoot a shot of carb cleaner into the back of the carb to try and get her to fire but no such luck. Just two pops, one out of each side and thats it after many many kicks. I'm going to be running stock air box and all that if it matters.
I'm definitely getting gas down there too. Im not sure where to go next...

Thoughts?

This is my first build and my skills and experience are green. Feel free to shame me with questions I should know the answers to, but don't expect too much, I'm here to learn :)

Thanks much!

Yup,
Make sure your timing is spot on then adjust your valve clearances, and try again.
