CB400F Triple Clamp Machining/Clip-ons

Hey All,

I have completed the programming to remove the handlebar mounts from the stock CB400F upper clamp. I am also now a distributor for Tarozzi in Canada, so I can also supply clip-ons to go with the clamp machining, and I have taken some of the guesswork out of it by pre-checking the fit.

There is a better write up at my site http://www.denoonsp.com/machined-triple-clamp.htm

I can do the same machining for pretty much any set of clamps, but to keep the costs down I need to do at least 4-5 clamps of the same model to justify the programming and set-up time.

Thanks

Very nice work. Its always difficult machining castings, and making them look that good. Kudos!!

Thanks, yes even these two clamps are a bit different from each other (I have no idea what year they are from). They are even a bit different from one side to the other. Being built in the 70's, I would assume that the original casting molds were probably built by hand, leading to minor differences.
