I have a 76 cb400f and have been getting some seat time again, notice on the last ride after the bike is good and warm it can be difficult to find neutral. I actually stalled it and could not slip in to neutral, after a bit of messing around I was able to get it to free roll (but no neutral light or starter) and could kick start with out any trouble. Has Anyone else experienced this? Would appreciate any thoughts

I know you didn't ask. However, I have been running the Rotella T6 5w40 (blue jug). In all my old Hondas for several years.
Including my 400four and my current 400four resto/mod. No troubles.

Sometimes one of my GL1000s does that, and I can reach down with my hand and find neutral.
