CB450/500T frame differences.

Wondering if anyone knows of any major differences in these frames. Long story short, my bike got creamed a few months back, insurance totaled it. Then, a few weeks ago, after getting it all back in shape and registered/ridable some asshole decided it would be great to take it for a spin at around 4:30 in the AM, pushing it from where it was parked, dumping it several times on each side, destroying the tank, mirrors, shocks, footpegs brackets, etc in the process. I'm beyond it at this point, but looking for options and I've been digging choppers lately. Long story short, I'm wondering if anyone knows if the CB450 K hardtail kits that are available would be a direct weld on, or if the front end is different from the 500T. I assume it's somewhat of a longshot and I may just end up fabbing my own up, but why reinvent the wheel if ya don't need to, right? Thanks!

Frames should be identical with the possible exception of some brackets/tabs.

Far as I know and have heard Flug is right, the rear end of the frame (part you'll cut off) is slightly different because of the seat, fender, and air cleaners but other wise should be the same.
