Can someone recommend a web site that they have ordered from, that has std size rings for my 73 cb450?

I havent had to order rings for mine, but you could try western hills honda...a quick google search will land you with their website.

Any Honda parts retailer should be able to get stock or oversize rings. The cost is higher but for some parts you cant beat factory quality.
