CB750 Cafe Build

Cool! Welcome, fellow DOHC'er. Good to see another '79+ CB being converted. I have to ask where you found that hot dog can? I've been searching high and low for something just like that. Good luck with the build. Lookin' good.

Im really liking this build so far! Especially cool to see a 16 year old getting into this too. I wish id been more into bikes at that age, cause young is the best time. Good luck and can't wait to see a finished corner eater!

you either touch a hot pipe and burn yourself or touch the wrap and get glass all in your hands eventhough i soaked it.

you can show them a photo for me, the only thing thats going to be DOHC about the bike is the extra cam sitting on top of the engine.

What are you going to do about rear sets, stock location, or passenger peg location/ fab your own mounts? I just got mine back from the machine shop yesterday and it still needs some tweaking. Don't ask how much that cost me. Suffice it to say the invoice was an eye opener. However, they are much more substantial at 1/2" thick than my original home made version of 1/4" thickness (a lot of flex in the lever).
