Cb750 oil from stator bolt

I'm having a small amount of oil leak from the top bolt of the stator cover. Its not much but I'm confused what bad seal could be causing the leak?

I believe there should be O-rings behind your stator cover bolts, check and make sure the one at top is there, and also not pinched or torn

its supposed to have pan heads like screws
those are after market socket head cap screws with square edge so it cant seal

Would adding an o ring or copper washer help?
