Been Around the Block
Im trying to bleed the rear brake on my 750 but nothing is coming out of the bleed nipple and even when i remove it all the way there insist anything coming out, i sucked out the old fluid so i cant think of why it wouldn't run through the system and bleed.

Thanks

Just to verify, you do know to open the bleeder, press the pedal, tighten the bleeder, only then release the pedal... right?
Did you run the master cylinder out of fluid? if so you will have to bleed it first. You can take the hose off the master cylinder and use you thumb on the hole to bleed it on the bike. Once you get fluid there put the hose back on, remove the other end at the caliper an put it in a small jar of brake fluid and pump the pedal until you bleed the hose of air. Then reattach it to the caliper and lastly bleed the caliper. Makeing sure you don't run the resivour empty or you'll have to start all over.

I did not run the master out of fluid but it was pretty gunky, the only thing I can think is that the intakes are plugged inside the resevoir , can anyone tell me how to clean the intakes and also I took the front bleed screw all the way out and i can't seem to get it to go all the way back in about half an inch won't tighten back down , anyone habe any advice in getting it to tighten flush .

The bleeder seats at the bottom, and is common to still have threads exposed when tight.
Now if it seated and you kept turning it to try and screw it all the way in like a bolt, but now spins without snugging down, it may be stripped.
Pull the bleeder back out, spray some brake cleaner in the hole and check the female threads in the aluminum.

Check it, its not stripped out and no fluid leaks out so that good, but I'm still having that problem with my rear break because when I fill the resivour and pump the break the fluid level doesn't seem to be going down.

If it were me, and didn't get anything out of the master cylinder, even with the hose off... I'd rebuild it. They aren't too hard and very few parts. Just lay each pice out on a rag exactly as you remove them and reverse procedure with the new parts.
Does your pedal get hard? or does it blow past without any restriction?

The pedal is pretty soft and dosent really get hard just stays the same , the thing i was thinking is something might have gotten into the port where the break fluid get pulled from inside the resivoir but i don't know how to clean those out, I might rebuild it but i really don't want to have to spend any more money than news broke highschool kid and all .
