Like the tittle says, I came a cross a good deal for the front wheel/brakes, triple tree and forks on a 92 cbr 600, now the question is can the be modified to fit a 1976 xl250? What modifications would it need? I got the idea from classified moto, they use r6 front ends for most of there builds. Thanks for the help!!!

Pretty much any front end can be made to fit anything. All Balls has a conversion chart on their website, which will tell you what bearings you would need to use to make swaps. The stem is what will require the most work. Sometimes, the original stem can be made to fit the donor tree clamps, be it the same diameter, or through machining / making bushings. Sometimes they shorten the stem on the donor front end, if needed. One way or another, it can be done. How much work do you want to do? That is the question...

Most often it is nothing more than the proper bearing s and the swaps are bolt on. I did a CBR600f front end on a CB400f with nothing more than bearings. Unfortunately for you ABR doesn't have a kit for your swap.
Check this list of available swap kits from them for your frame:

Your best option is to do a stem swap. It seems to be the easiest option. You end uo using stock bearings and your own stem
