Smart of them. More people will look at this because it is what it is and may actually be more prepared for a more likely disaster.

That's exactly why they did it. I read a story about it. They figured they'd have a little fun with people but it would ultimately inspire them to be prepared for real disasters. I think it's cool.

That came out a couple of months ago and the CDC got a bunch of flack for it from people who are apparently too dumb to understand the true nature of it.
