Christmas makeover

so I've finally gotten around to doing some of the more major cosmetic work on my little ace.

spent the last couple of days in the garage giving her the booty slimming procedure.
I wanted to get rid of the rear mudguard (still wondering about the front) and blinkers to make it look like it could actually be an old timey racer.
I know the LED tail light might offend some puritans but i think it gives the bike a tidier look 8).
Full reveal still to come after a few more jobbies.

fabricated some galvanized steel "underplates" to protect from the elements and slotted them between the framework with length to bolt on a new tail light.

cool, looking good. led ilights are good, they reduce the amps running though the thin wiring on the ace. which is a good thing
i left my old indicator tabs on, i have this crazy idea to use them as either a camera mounting system to get the camera high in the air with a frame or for saddle bag frames so i can take the ace camping sometime
but first i need a new welder :D

good idea Cog,

i too was wondering if there was some way i could mount some bags without looking ridiculous :p
