CJ360 Bowl overflow leaking

Maybe, I didn't check or rebuild the carbs, just supervised the modifications for pod filters

My right carb was not getting fuel and didnt want to fire. I am going to lower that float .10 and see if I can get some fuel flowing to that side.
All in all it seems like the fueling issues are related to the float height more than anything.

So what was the outcome of your work...did the floats stop leaking?

I'm having the same issue with my CB550...the culprit seems to be a lame-ass aftermarket carb rebuild kit with float needles that weren't quite the same size as stock, requiring radical (4mm) adjustments off spec to stop float overflow...

They did stop leaking. It was a combination of incorrect float height and a bent overflow tube that was pinning the float all the way open. After some trial and error I got it all squared away. They are out and sitting on my bench drying so I can send them to PJ and have the carb mod done to them.
