CL360 Alternator Wiring Help.

Been Around the Block
Okay guys, I need help connecting my charging system, having a hard time with it.

My alternator has 4 1/2 wires:

1 - Yellow
1 - Yellow (Might be White... its dirty)
1 - Pink
1 - Green/Red
1/2 - Green/Red - also, i poked that into the neutral switch. Whats the need for the one above?

My Ignition Switch has 4:

1 - Black
1 - Red
1 - Brown
1 - Brown/With

My regulator has 3:
1 - Green
1 - Black
1 - Yellow

So here is what I'm assuming, in terms of connection:

1. 1 yellow and 1 pink FROM the Alternator goes to the Yellow and Pink lines of the Rectifier. Yes?
2. 1 yellow (or white) FROM the Alternator to Yellow line from Regulator. Mhmm?
3. And then that neutral switch lead.
There is one wire left on the Alternator, an exposed Green/Red, where does this go?

Regulator:
4. The yellow is connected to the yellow line off of the Alternator. As stated above. Yeah?
5. Black connects into the main ignition switch Black (for accessories) . Yeah?
6. Green, ground to frame.

Rectifier:
7. Yellow is connected to Alternator yellow.
8. Pink connected to Alternator Pink.
9. Red/White goes to Main red battery line, BEFORE the fuse.
10. Green ground to frame.

Yeah??

11. My real problems seem to be that extra Green/Red lead coming from the alternator.
12. Those extra brow and brown/white lines on the ignition switch. what are they for?
13. In my diagram it shows the a white cable of the alternator splicing into the yellow of the alternator. Why like that?

At any rate, my alt. wire leads don't look like this... there are more.

* I'm using the stock Regulator and Stock Rectifier.
Can you tell this is my first time wiring? :-\

The "1/2 R/G" should be put into the little pin under the rear chain cover on the engine case if I'm understanding you correctly... It connects to the rod there and will ground out when in neutral. The other R/G needs to go up to your neutral indicator light to ground the circuit so the light comes on when it's in neutral.

The rest is in the wiring diagram:

I did plug the neutral swtich cable in, so that other Green/Red switch is for the light. I don't need that, so could I just close that line off?

It looks like the Yellow from the Alternator will joint with the yellow of the regulator and splice into one cable to the Yellow of the Rectifier.

1. But i'm still not too sure now where the White of the Alternator goes.
2. The green/Grounds from the Reg and Rect. Do they connect? Doesn't look like they ground to frame.

The Brown Wire and Brown/White from the ignition switch look like assessory power, but it seems like more fuses are needed?
I was planning on using just the one 20A inline between the Swtich and the battery.

Found exactly what i needed.
Plucked it off of hondatwins boards.
Hope it can help anyone else in need...

Only thing I see missing on there is a fuse AFTER the rectifier/battery line splice, BEFORE the ignition swtich.
