CL450 Switches and Questions

My head hurts and i don't understand this electrical harness stuff of ohms, volts ac/dc, and amps.
All I want to do is relocate my hi/off/lo switch to the bucket, and my turn signal switch into some clip ons.
First, i like the metal bat switches, those are preferable and cool. Or anything simplistic and not too distracting. I don't really like the cheap plastic rocker switches or anything like that.

I'm running a 55/60- watt headlight and stock turn signals, although I plan on running led signals in the future--i know i'll need resistors, what kind?

So I was thinking to mount a simple on/off/on switch to the clip ons for my turn signals. What switch would be able to fit in the bars? What VAC/AMP rating would I need and how many pins?
I know I can go with all kinds of switches, but which ones will be small enough to mount directly on the bar, that's the trouble i'm having.... obviously the smaller the better
Any other ideas---or I was thinking of maybe using two latching switches for turn signals, one for each direction.
What switch would I need for the headlight?

Will I need to install extra fuses?

i could mount some controller that has all those options, but they are so awfully bulky!
And why aren't there any throttle/perch combos. Can't find a single damn one, I can't be that original that no one has ever thought of that. Just a very minimal no fancy switches, casing, or crazy buttons---a simple throttle and perch combo. How awesome would that thing be.

And last how many cans and coats of dupli should i put on a frame and should it be primered.
I don't want to run in to a moment where I run out and can't finish.

The smaller the better, the cheaper the better.
I am an ebay member so if links can be supplied for the following that would be even better!
Please and thank you fellow do the ton members :D

Maybe these are dumb questions but I can't seem to find the direct answers and I have no one else to ask except you guys.

Anyway, that's my rant. I'm done.
I'm gonna go stare really hard at my bike until it magically does what I want.
