I'm making a harness from scratch for my sl350, and I'm using this very helpful diagram from oldmanhonda. One question I have though is there are a lot of 4-way connectors, and I'm not sure what is the cleanest way to do this with readily available fitting/connectors. I know the oem harness has some 4-way bullet connectors, but I don't know anywhere to buy anything like that aftermarket. Anyway, any help is appreciated!!
Here's the diagram I'm using...
I'm having trouble with the connections like the ones I marked.
If you go with vintageconnections stuff, get their racheting crimper! It's invaluable.
It's also worth a couple of sacrificed pieces to test out crimping the connectors onto various sizes of wire if you're doing that. Using the tool on a 12ga wire feels a lot different than using it on a 16ga wire...you have to squeeze a lot harder to get the connector properly clamped down on the smaller wire.
