Clymer or Haynes manual?

Clymer or Haynes manual, which is better? I'm specifically asking for an XS750. I just picked up a Haynes thinking that is was a Clymer, but if it is just as good or better I'll keep it. I have a Clymer for my CB350 and it has been good to me. What are your thoughts?

Garage Rat, That wasn't very helpful.

I think both are pretty good. The nice thing about having both is they some times cover something the other book didn't. I have found that the different way a picture is taken can be helpful as well.

If you can and money's not an issue just get both. You can also as Garage Rat said get a service manual. But that's not always that easy. I have been able to find the Honda Service Manual online and just downloaded it to my computer.
Then what ever your working on you can find those pages and print them.

Not sure what yr your XS is but this might help ya.

I personally use the Haynes manuals for my cars, but I have a Clymer, Haynes AND Honda shop manual for my CB350F project. Mostly duplicate info, but all 3 have good info that one of the others doesn't. Sorry if that's not a black and white answer, but just an opinion...

I've used both for cars and bikes and will always grab the clymer first and especially when it comes to old bikes.
Factory service manual can't be beat for almost anything, but to answer your question Clymer
