So my kid comes home the other day and says his bike is leaking oil, being almost 30 years old, I cringe and go out to the garage. It's only the valve cover gasket. No big deal order a new one, it arrives and I install it. Bike sits for a few days because I decided to rebuild the forks and change the fluid. I get the front end set up and everything is fine, fire the thing up and the new valve cover gasket is leaking like it isn't even there.... I hate this crap.

Yeah my 400 does the same thing. New gaskets, new valve cover, etc.
So it's got to be the head at this point so I say fuck it and ill deal with it when it eventually gets bored out.

i like Hylomar. The British invented the oil leak, makes sense they would invent one of the best fixes for oil leaks too.
