Coughing / missing at Idle on 1 side only, my final battle.

Been Around the Block
CB360T Total rebuild. Everything is perfect. The bike rips and runs fine on both cylinders. I even added bubble gum to the throttle and choke linkages to be double safe for air leaks, my mech advance is working, i have no air leaks outside the carbs, and no diaphragms tears. My ONLY ISSUE which I HAVE SEEN OTHERS WITH..IS A COUGH AT IDLE and just off idle, and esp as the bike warms up it gets worse. Which i was for sure was an air leak, but its 100% not. This is 100% not electrical (i have 13v at idle with neodynium rotor) and its not fuel/air related either. I am running 40 pilots for UNI pods with PJ modded carbs, its thirsty and is well hydrated.

It HAS to be sync, throttle plate, or funky timing IMO.
It seems like a timing issue. My carbs have been evenly 'synced' with 2 calibrated gauges.

I found deep on HondaTwins, 1 report that a PAMCO advance unit fixed this very issue on a cb450 (after struggling with it for 9 years apparently!).
Im mentioning it here, because two other people chimed in on that thread asking it to be made a sticky, because they had the exact same f**n issue driving them straight batty.

Well..it seems to me that the magnetic pickup rotor has too much free play wobble on the camshaft/mech-advance shaft and this issue is exacerbated by the sensitivity of magnetic pickups versus points and an actual points cam. (I have a NOS mechanical advancer btw and this issue is still occurring......). The springs are so stiff, to hit full advance, my static timing had to be very retarded. Ive tried two different mechanical advancers, yet the problem persists. This makes me really wonder if it's a mechanical advance being used with magnetic pickups (Tytronic e ignition) versus a points cam. the pickups are for sure wobbling around during the first 3000rpm messing the advance curve up completely, wheras the points cam..doesnt wobble at all when it triggers points to open.

What is causing my left carb to intermittently backfire into the air filter, at pre-advance rpms only? 'Sticky valve' even possible?

Update: I bought a Sasche ZDG and will update if this resolves the issue. Danke.

UPDATE:

Call me what you will, A fully electronic advance cured this issue, as I suspected, and as has been reported by others in teh depths of the internet.

Im telling you, you cannot have a HALF electronic ignition with sloppy camshaft/magnetic pickup rotor tolerances, or the wobblyness will throw timing off for sure.

Either go full retro points or full ZDG eleckronik SascheGerman e advance.
