I made this last summer for my 68 sloper 175. Bolt pattern should be the same for later models. Made out of manifold grade 6061 aluminum. $60 shipped to your door. Could possibly do a CB or custom version as well.

If you have a way to change "CL175" to "CB160" or "Cb200" or something custom - maybe at a slight premium price, they could sell well to CB160 racers. We need a stronger side cover. Stock crack and leak when we crash - even a slow low side takes out the side cover and we can only keep so many OEM covers as spares. A stonger billet cover sounds like a great solution and should fit all upright and sloper 160/175/200s.

If you can do custom lettering I need a couple for existing projects and then could use 2 more to retrofit on race bike without the grooves or lettering. On our bikes, the side cover pokes through the fairing, so it is part of the side number plate so needs to be flat and boring. For the custom street bikes, fins are cool and lettering is a bonus.

It wouldnt be hard at all to do a 160, 200, or custom version really. PM me if you want to try some custom stuff.

Will do. I have a couple of bikes to get out of the shop before I can even reach a Honda that's buried in the shop beneath projects, but I will get to them.
