Custom Exhaust Builder?

I have been searching for a 4-1 for my CB550, and all I can find right now is "Mac"(?) and I dont want one of those, I want either a ceramic coated steel setup, or a full stainless, I have also checked out the BCR Peashooter, but want an upswept reverse megaphone 4-1..

Anybody got any leads?

well... I think either Chrisf or myself could hook you up, I'm finishing up a full stainless 4-1 for a 400f just like what you're describing, and Chris has a 2-1 or 2-2 for the twins

I am interested! Do you have some examples of your craftsmanship? Are you making baffles or just straight through units?

I'm going to leave this one to RocCity. Proper 4-1 merge collectors cost a fortune (like $250 and up), and they would take a weekend to make from scratch. RocCity makes good stuff and works silencers into his system.

I'm strongly considering offering a 4-2-1 system for a CB750 this winter.

it's not done yet, for some reason the shop is stupidly busy right now, when it normally goes into hibernation, so I have to piece finishing up this exhaust in with finishing other orders. the closer it gets to being done though, the more I drool over it, I'm going to have to splurge and make another for myself

I presume you've considered the stock CB550F 4-1 exhaust? Nowhere near as nice as a custom stainless setup, and a TON heavier, but they're out there.
