Get an HD arial and mount it in the attic...will set you back some but a good one can drag in the channels in HD for sports and special stuff. I like my roku to use with Netflix or Amazon (I flip back and forth depending on content releases). But you can watch most recent programs on Hulu if you use a computer. So that's where my old Mac Mini kicks in...I have it hooked to the flat screen and XMBC running. You can do the torrent if you choose, but Hulu will work without the plus pay part. If my basic cable was not included in my HOA I would ditch the cable...my wife would disagree but she isn't tech literate.
